Shipping policy
Nealie offers a free shipping in Australia for orders over $85.
The standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $10.
Nealie accepts local pickup in Manly, NSW 2095. The exact address will be send by email once the order is made.
Refund policy
For purchases made at retail outlets other than www.nealie.com.au (the ‘Website’), please refer to the returns policy of the retailer where the product was purchased.
Please contact Nealie customer service at hello@nealie.com.au if you’d like a store credit, exchange, or refund due to the following reasons on an item you’ve purchased within 30 days of your order date.
Damaged products
Nealie will refund or replace products that are visibly damaged or faulty, ordered from the Website. Please email us within 30 days of your order date at hello@nealie.com.au for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
Exchanges
You have 30 days from your order date to request an exchange or store credit.
We cannot offer exchange for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Once we received and inspected your returned product we will notify you to let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, samples or gift cards.
In case of refund, it will be issued on your original payment methods. Please note that refunds exclude shipping costs. We’ll be in touch as soon as your return is complete.
